Families Out Loud is expanding its in-person support offering in 2026 with a new series of face-to-face workshops in Chippenham, created specifically for adults affected by a loved one’s drug or alcohol use.
The workshops are designed to provide a calm, welcoming and confidential space where family members can gain practical understanding, share experiences, and connect with others who understand the challenges of supporting someone with addiction.
Launching this spring and summer, the first three workshops will cover key topics that many families struggle to navigate alone:
12 May
Understanding Addiction and the Rehabilitation Process
9 June
Treatment and Recovery
14 July
Boundaries and Values
Save the date for our autumn workshop series. Details of topics to be announced soon.
8 September
13 October
10 November
You are welcome to attend any session — whether this is your first time or you’ve been part of our groups before. You don’t need to have all the answers. Showing up is enough.
For more information about attending, please contact Families Out Loud.
